Founder, Managing Partner and Director
Andrew Ro is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alpha Omega Victory Capital. He brings 30 years of financial markets experience spanning global futures and equity trading, senior secured debt, convertible securities, private investments in public equities (PIPEs) and direct investing. He has originated commitments across energy, mining, fintech, real estate and specialty finance, and leads the development of AOV Capital's ProtectedEquity™ structure and UCMREQ™ risk platform.

Managing Partner and Director
Michael Kim is Co-Principal of AOV Capital in Hong Kong, where he leads the firm's cross-border investment and deal structuring with Korea. He brings more than 30 years of experience across capital markets, regulatory compliance, financial operations and deal origination in the United Kingdom and Korea.

Managing Partner and Director
Burim Thaci is a Partner and Director of AOV Capital. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in energy, security and government-advisory along with refinery, pipeline and sovereign experience across the Balkans, the Gulf and Africa. He covers Europe, Eastern Europe and MENA from origination, government and energy-sector relationships and counterparty diligence.
